Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our car rental and transport services.
Rental Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old (23-25 for SUV/premium categories) and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of one year. International visitors whose license is not in French, English, Arabic or Spanish must present a valid International Driving Permit alongside their national license.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once HAJ MOHAMADAN RENT CAR replies via WhatsApp or email confirming availability. A refundable security deposit is collected at vehicle pickup. Rental fees may be paid in cash or by card, in full or partially in advance, as agreed with our team.
Insurance & Liability
All vehicles include basic third-party and collision insurance. The renter is responsible for the deposit amount in case of damage not covered by the base insurance, unless optional extra coverage has been purchased. Traffic fines and toll charges incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with the same fuel level. A refueling charge plus service fee applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup.
Cancellations & Changes
Please notify us via WhatsApp or email as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify a reservation. We aim to accommodate date changes subject to vehicle availability.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be driven within Morocco unless otherwise agreed in writing. Off-road driving, subletting the vehicle, or use for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and voids all insurance coverage.
